TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the policies governing the music tuition services provided by Antony Tyler ("Teacher"). By enrolling in lessons, you ("Student") agree to these Terms.

Services Offered

The Teacher offers private music instruction (online and in-person) for the following:

  • Voice, Guitar, Songwriting

Lesson Structure

  • Lessons are carried out online or in-person.

  • Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and held weekly.

  • Lesson times are offered: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 21:00.

Payments and Fees

  • In person tuition fees are £80 per lesson.

  • Online tuition fees are £60 per lesson.

  • Payment is due in advance at the booking stage.

Cancellation Policy

  • Students must cancel lessons with at least 48-hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full lesson fee.

Student Responsibilities

  • Students are expected to arrive for lessons on time.

  • Regular practice outside of lessons is essential for progress.

Teacher Responsibilities

  • The Teacher is committed to providing qualified music instruction tailored to the individual needs of each student.

  • The Teacher will create a positive and encouraging learning environment for students.

  • The Teacher will maintain professional conduct and act in the best interests of the student's musical development.

  • Regular practice outside of lessons is essential for progress.

Termination of Service

  • The Teacher may terminate service with a student for repeated absences, disruptive behaviour, or non-payment of fees. 

  • The Student may terminate service with The Teacher by giving verbal notice of one week.

Liability

The Teacher is not liable for any injuries sustained during lessons or for personal property damage. Students are responsible for the care and safety of their instruments during lessons.

Privacy Policy

The Teacher respects the privacy of students and will collect, use, and store student information only for the purpose of providing music instruction.

Dispute Resolution

The Teacher is committed to resolving any disputes arising from these Terms in a fair and amicable manner. In the event of a dispute, parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Additional Information

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between The Teacher and Student regarding music tuition services. The Teacher reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
